We conduct regular internal audits of all our processes to ensure that our systems are being followed and that they are still fit for purpose.
The findings of these audits are used to drive our continuous improvement activities.
Customer Specifications
All products will go through an initial ISIR
All products will go through an initial ISIR to ensure they conform to our customers specifications, this also allows for any assembly fixtures and tooling to be signed off as fit for purpose. Periodic inspections are then carried out during each production process to ensure components meet specifications. If required, we also have the ability to provide PPAP packages for products.
