We have just completed the installation of our new Addison Databend 90EBC all electric C.N.C tube bender, giving us the capability to bend tube on a 1xD-bend radiuses and below with very short clamp lengths.
Which means we can now go from one bend to the next with a much shorter distance in-between the bends. This gives us the ability, on a lot of our existing work, to remove the necessity for costly cutting and welding operations, removing costs but also improving the overall quality of the finished job. The new Addison complements our existing Addison DB80 purchased in 2003 by giving us the ability to bend tube from ¾ " up to 4" with full C.N.C control.
